Bonus Round 3: FSTs

FSTs

This round is CLOSED as of 7PM EDT on 8 July. Late comments are screened and will not receive points.

Profess your love for your favorite ships with the power of song! In this round, we ask you to create fan soundtracks and use them as inspiration for new fanwork.

Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible.

RULES
  • Submit prompts in the form of a short playlist (1-6 songs) and a ship from any of our nominated fandoms. Submit only the track listing and a link to where they can be listened to; the idea is for others to interpret what you present. You may also link to lyrics if you would like.
  • Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Lilia & Sara). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Lilia/Sara). Please don't say "Any pairing," either.
  • Create content based on the playlists of others! Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
  • Fills may be in any form you choose (except for another FST of course) as long as they are inspired by/fit the mood of the soundtrack they are filling for.
  • Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.
  • Here is a prompt/fill index for your convenience.

SCORING
These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many prompts/fills as you want!

For prompts: 5 points each (maximum of 50 prompt points per team per round)

For fills:
First 4 fills by any member of your team: 20 points each
Fills 5-10: 15 points each
Fills 11-20: 5 points each
Fills 21-50: 2 points each
Fills 51+: 1 point each

All scored content must be created new for this round.

Etc.
If you're hunting through the prompts looking for what to fill, a good trick is to view top-level comments only (see the line of links below this post).

Have a question? Check The FAQ first. If you still need help, feel free to contact the mods. Happy fanworking!

The one rule to being a relationship with Kenma, Kuroo thought, was not to try to put words to exactly what said relationship might or might not be. It was a rule he had learned early on through hard practice, back when he and Kenma had found their first apartment together and started talking about the future they wanted to build together. He had thrown out the word "boyfriends" thinking it was the obvious word to describe the situation, and Kenma had panicked, going on frantically about how he didn't want that much pressure, and about how he could never live up to being that Kuroo.

Kuroo had tried to convince him otherwise, but Kenma had held his ground. After all, Kenma had pointed out, Kuroo's dream for a relationship had always involved sex, and maybe making out, and neither of those things were things Kenma particularly enjoyed or wanted most of the time. Kuroo had tried to explain the way Kenma gave him warm, fuzzy feelings of belonging that no one else did, and Kenma had agreed to those, but he still hadn't been willing to take the "boyfriend" label and everything it entailed.

That had been several years earlier, but even now, when they were on their third apartment together, Kenma still drew the line at trying to label exactly what it was that they had together. Sometimes, Kuroo thought that maybe Kenma had been right after all. He still wanted something special to describe the special place that Kuroo had in his heart, but "boyfriend" just didn't seem to be sufficient anymore, not with the assumptions that came with the label left out so much of the reality.

Like how tonight they set the table and cooked for four, and Ennoshita and Suga came over with a fresh-baked cake for dessert, leaving their shoes in the spots in the entryway that were just for them. Or how after dinner, they all washed up together, and then took turns in the bath, Kuroo and Suga together, and Ennoshita with Kenma (they dreamed sometimes of a day when they could afford a place with a bathtub that would fit all four of them at once, but they knew that was a dream of distant future for now). Or how they all gathered in the bedroom after that, leaving bathrobes and clothing in piles on the floor and stretching out on the bed. Or how Kenma watched over the sex that followed, enjoying watching the others enjoy themselves and sometimes leaving instructions like a conductor leading an orchestra. Or the way they all ended up in a messy pile after that, Kenma flopping down on top of all three of them for the night. Or how Kuroo woke up the next morning to the smell of pancakes wafting from the kitchen as Suga cooked breakfast. Or how Ennoshita and Suga kissed Kuroo on the lips and Kenma on the forehead as they left after that.

No, Kuroo thought, maybe there was no way to describe exactly what it was that they were to each other, but whatever it was, he didn't want anything else.
