Bonus Round 4: Quotes

SASO 2017 is over, but this round is perpetually open to new fills (no new prompts).

An oldie but a goodie—in this round, we draw inspiration from famous words said by other people.

Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible.

RULES

• Submit prompts by commenting to this post with a quote attributed to a specific person or character, along with any ship/ot3/etc. from one of our nominated fandoms.
  • Example: "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." -Friedrich Nietzsche
  • The quote can come from almost anything—famous people, poetry, songs, books, movies, etc.— but please don't quote personal conversations you've had or overheard.
  • Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Natsuo & Yuzuko). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Natsuo/Yuzuko). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!
• Fill prompts by replying to the prompt with your quote-inspired fanwork.

SCORING

These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many prompts/fills as you want!

For prompts: 5 points each (maximum of 50 prompt points per team per round)

For fills:
First 4 fills by any member of your team: 20 points each
Fills 5-10: 15 points each
Fills 11-20: 5 points each
Fills 21-50: 2 points each
Fills 51+: 1 point each

All scored content must be created new for this round.

Before I start yelling I must say that I cannot believe you gave me Feelings from coffee... the true power of Kita+Lark...

I really loved the quiet power that Kita wields and exudes from the get-go, from keeping Atsumu's hands occupied with the coffee, to “Atsumu,” Kita snaps. “That tells me nothing. Of course it’s Osamu.” to Kita had known he’d come alone today. Of course he’d known. and him guessing the exact reason for Atsumu's visit even without Atsumu saying anything - he knows them so well, my heart!!! Kita is truly magical :')

And the passage of time here and that feeling of change is so palpable - Kita no longer wearing his jacket but his presence not being at all diminished because of his glasses was a beautiful touch hnng; his honesty and bluntness, acknowledging that he's no longer the same person as who Atsumu remembers him to be, and I adored how you used coffee in this fill??? Osamu and Kita preferring black coffee - bold and bitter like the truth in Kita's words, while Atsumu, maybe a little more idealistic (is that an appropriate word or does sentimental fit better) preferring his coffee with sugar, and Kita knowing that, and having a sugar bowl for him.

And the end!!! Kita-san does have a pulse my heart, Lark!!!!! ;;______;; I love how distant Kita might appear to be from Atsumu, always ahead of him and Osamu, but in that moment he feels so close... and Atsumu knows he can't hold on to Kita, like he can't hold on to his brother leaving for Tokyo, but he also knows that he isn't untouchable all the same.
