And then I just felt like Tadashi would be so disappointed in himself for letting this happen but also determined not to let Hitoka sense any of those negative vibes in this phonecall so he put on his firm face and got the point across that he's in this for the long haul.

I like to think they get married at City Hall quickly because Yamaguchi is really scared of people giving Yachi a hard time for being an unmarried mother but then they have their actual wedding years later with a couple of little tykes running around underfoot :D
