oh, this is so absolutely *lovely*. i don't know what i was expecting when i made the prompt but it wasn't this, and i am honestly blown away. i really, really like how you turned the very whimsical note (lyrics to "swinging on a star," a song i inexplicably love) into something scientific, and how you mixed the esoteric with the practical. i could read tens of thousands more words of this, and yet it's perfectly complete (and perfect) as it is. ♥
