Toudou's expression of such surprise as he opens the bag containing the gift of Makishima's ear is a weird delight, and just the thought that Toudou finally has talked Makishima's ear off, literally, is a really good one.

Sarah's art is always so expressive and it comes through in the simple things, the lines of shadow down the top of Aya's face, the wide-eyed look on Miki's. It makes me smile because Miki is canonically nuts about biking, and I'm really delighted by the idea of Aya getting to introduce her to the sport Aya is excited about.
