This was my first time writing Teppuu so I'll be the first to admit that this is probably a little boring? Basically Natsuo is chaotic neutral and Kei lets her be since it's not like she's done anything outright evil yet. Also Natsuo doesn't actually have a super-"villain" name thats just what people call her. She's too cool for names ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

“You have a terrible personality, Na-chan”, Ninomiya states against her shoulder. Natsuo almost doesn’t hear it, muffled words further drown out by the wind as she carries both of them from rooftop to rooftop.
It’s not so much the accusation as it is the tone (not quite cheery, not quite… bitter? angry? disappointed?) that’s left ringing in Natsuo’s ears. They come to a stop, far away from the commotion by now; Natsuo lets Ninomiya down, thinking of looking for her face to see if she could make something out of the other’s expression.
Turns out she didn’t have to. Ninomiya was meeting her eyes like always, like it was the most natural thing to do.
Like she hadn’t just discovered that she was the so called Harpy that kept getting in Cordeiro’s and Yuzuko’s way, because—
“Don’t tell me you’re only doing this to test your strength!”
“I don’t have to if you already guessed it, right?”
Ninomiya sighs but it doesn’t sound exasperated. Maybe unsurprised, if anything. Most likely resigned.
Her hand raises to touch the side of her own face — The place where her mask had been torn after one of Cordeiro’s fire blasts hit her, all because Ninomiya had been in the wrong place at the wrong moment and Natsuo instinct was quicker to tell her to protect her, but lagged at instructing her how to deflect the shot properly.
“You know, what you’re doing is basically obstruction of justice. That’s kind of bad, Na-chan”
“Oh, I know” She offers a contrite smile, even as her eyes light-up fairly unapologetically. “But those two don’t mind the challenge — And they go so hard when they think I’m an evil that must be defeated!” She laughs, delighted. Ninomiya can’t help but smile back, accepting defeat “It’s thrilling!”
Ninomiya had to wonder what kind of priorities were those. Really? Facing a fiery girl and a chick whose both her punches and will were famous for being rock hard? Just to see if you could?
But then, it wouldn’t be Na-chan if she wasn’t like that. And Ninomiya had already decided some time ago that a world without Na-chan would be far too boring to bother with.
“Just promise me you’ll be careful, okay, Na-chan? I’ll be mad if you get hurt too bad”
Natsuo simply gives her a wolfish smile, all confidence, all pride. Elated and unrepentant. Her wild look stays with Ninomiya long after she’s gone off to pick another fight.
