This is adorable, it's so easy to picture Takaya's judgey late night stare (what kind of clinic, indeed) and his first response is to treat Mihashi like a panicked animal, poor Takaya probably doesn't get paid enough. The dialogue was great-- their interactions rang so clearly and I could hear Mihashi's voice. <3
