It was the last night of training camp, the captains had decided to play card in order to find out who the best was for once and for all.

Kenma couldn't sleep. It might have been because of Lev's huge legs taking more space than needed and disturbing his own personal space, or maybe because of Taketora's snores. But maybe, just maybe it was the fact that tomorrow Shouyou would go back to Miyagi.

He felt disgusted at himself, deep, deep down, he was glad Hinata and Kageyama had been fighting and barely talking to each other since that meant Hinata would pay more attention to him, but now that they were getting along once more, what would be of Kenma? Lots of things could happen in a couple of weeks time until he saw Hinata again.

His chest ached.

He decided to go get some water, in order to calm down. It seems he wasn't going to be getting any sleep that night.

In the halls he saw Hinata, his face was pale. He gently tapped the redhead's shoulder, silently praying for him not to scream.

"Shouyo, what happened?" The setter asked.

"K-kenmaaa." Hinata wailed and shoved himself into the older teen's arms, burying his head in the boy's shoulder. "The captain, they," He sniffed, "They killed Akaashi-saaaaan."

"They what?" Kenma blinked.

"They killed Akaashi-san, t-they had this horribly dark aura surrounding them as he lay on the floor, face down, his body was limp, he's dead Kenmaaa." Hinata's voice was shaking.

Kenma just sighed, "Shouyo, that's just how Akaashi-san sleeps, he was probably trying to take care of Bokuto-san, but he can never stay up late."

Hinata raised his head and looked at Kenma, "Are you sure?? Then how can you explain the dark aura surrounding the captains??"

He raised a hand and pulled his hair behind his ear, "Kuroo... he... is a really intense guy, specially if it has to do with your captain or Bokuto-san, he's really competitive."

The redhead rose and put his hands on his hips, "Ah, so it was like that! You should have said it sooner!" His bright smile was back on his face, "Man, I was really worried! I didn't know what to do!"

Kenma looked around, looking for anything that could distract him from Shouyo's beautiful smile.

"By the way kenma, what are you doing up so late?"

"Nothing... I couldn't sleep." He stared at the floor as he replied.

"Really? How come?" Hinata asked.

"Lev's futon wasn't enough for him it seems, he was slowly taking over mine too." Kenma looked out of the window, it was a peaceful starry night.

"Man, I just wanted to pee but after seeing the captains like that I no longer want to sleep!" He followed kenma's eyes and found himself staring at the sky. "Uuuuuuooooo the stars in Tokyo shine differently from the ones in Miyagi!!"

"Um, yeah, it's because of pollution." He raised an eyebrow.

"You think?? Is this the sky you look at every night?" Hinata's eyes were glued to the nightly scenery.

"Yeah, if I'm not playing video games, I do stargaze every now and then."

"I'm always looking at the stars when I'm talking to you!!" The redhead said, his voice a little more quiet than usual.

Kenma's heart skipped a beat. He swallowed. "Then maybe we were watching the same constellation without realizing it."

"Isn't that really cool!" Hinata seemed excited. "I know!" He gasped and grabbed Kenma's hand, taking the older boy by surprise. "Let's find a constellation we can both look at while we are texting each other!" He dragged him outside and sat on the floor.

"Which one do you like?"

"Don't know... I don't particularly like any." The pudding head sat next to Hinata.
"Awww come on Kenma! Is there anything yo actually like??" Hinata asked, half-jokingly.
'It's now or never,' the boy thought, "Yeah, there is." He gazed at the stars, their dim light comforting him.

"Really?? What is it??" Hinata's face was suddenly in front of him.

Looking at the floor he could feel the courage he had built up, fade away. No, he had to tell him, maybe he wouldn't have another chance and Hinata would be leaving tomorrow.

Taking a deep, deep breath, he looked at Shouyo straight in the eye,

"You."
