Bonus Round 5: Myth & Lore

This round is CLOSED as of 7PM on August 4 EDT. Late fills may be posted, but they will not receive points.
RULES

A re-imagining of your favorite folk tale? Characters swapping ghost stories or playing D&D? As long as your fill in some way incorporates the fantastical and/or supernatural, it's welcome here.
- Your fill still has to be about a ship from one of our nominated fandoms. What ships you create work for is up to you, though.
- To submit your fill, simply leave it as a comment as a reply to this post.
- Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

"Are you sure this is going to work, Aka-chin?"
"Of course. Akashi is, in fact, in complete control of what he's doing."
"You're right, Midorimacchi! If this works, it's going to be so much fun!"
"Quit pushing me like that, Kise, or I'm going to actually bite your head off."
"Be patient, all of you," Akashi hushes his fellow demons as they push against the fabric separating their world from the humans. "We will need to attain power that the humans will bow down to, if we seek dominion over this world. We need to be absolute."
They have their targets already picked out; they've been doing their research for a long time, now. Akashi has a plan, and when his plans are executed as intended, they rarely go wrong. All it takes is some demon magic, and they're all brimming with that already. If they combine it with the talents that they're going to steal from the human world, they're all going to be unstoppable.
The humans will have no choice but to admire them then, to respect them, to bow down in front of them. They're going to attain the status of celebrities, of heroes, of champions, and once they're at the very top, they'll take everything else and make the entire world theirs.
"Let's go," Akashi declares, and they all push together, breaking down the barrier and making their way through.
They feel heavier in the human world than they're used to. Bigger. That's a good thing, they suppose. It'll make them more imposing.
They each take on human forms, the only resemblance to their true selves being the colour of their hair, their eyes. They look down at themselves, stretching their arms and legs, opening and closing their hands, slowly becoming familiar with their new bodies.
"Murasakibara, you are, in fact, far too big," Midorima says.
"No I'm not. You're too boring."
"Atsushi. Shintarou."
"Why is Akashi the smallest?" Aomine asks with disbelief. "He's the most powerful of all of us, isn't he?"
Akashi smiles, his arms folded across his chest as he looks up at all of them. "Perhaps this way, they'll underestimate me at first until I reveal just what I'm capable of."
"Terrifying as ever," Aomine mutters. "Good point."
They look at the empty basketball court that stretches out before them, and Akashi lets out a content hum, cracking his knuckles.
"It is, as I believe the humans say, time to jam."
