Bonus Round 1: AUs

SASO 2017 is over, but this round is perpetually open to new fills (no new prompts).
Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible. (There are changes from last year!)
RULES
- Submit prompts by commenting to this post with an alternate universe idea, along with a ship from one of our nominated fandoms. There's a comment template below for your convenience.
- Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. (This is not the sports anime gen olympics.) Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Izumi & Sakaeguchi). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Izumi/Sakaeguchi). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!
- An AU can be a canon divergence, e.g. "what if [character] was the Team Captain instead of the canon captain character?", or a completely different setting altogether, e.g., pop idol AU, coffee shop AU, superheroes AU, etc.
- Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
- Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

Mayuzumi Chihiro has never thought of himself as much of a creative type. He's always been content to consume, to enjoy the things some other mind has given birth to. Sure, he's written a few short stories online, but nothing he took seriously. Aren't writers and artists and people like that supposed to feel some compulsion to create, or whatever? He remembers trying to draw manga as a kid and giving up almost immediately, the effort involved in learning to improve his art outweighing the potential result.
Before now, he certainly hasn't ever thought about writing music.
---
TEIKO's Newest CV Software! proclaims a sticker on the box. The... unexpectedly large box, which has been equally unexpectedly delivered to Chihiro's apartment. Apparently, some preorder he placed automatically entered his name in a certain drawing to win a copy of some new Vocaloid that had recently been announced.
Ah, what an amazing mysterious event! Surely this Vocaloid will be more special than all the other programs, and I'll become some renowned producer, and it'll gain sentience and fall in love with me.
...Just because someone reads about mysterious events doesn't mean they'd like for something like that to happen in their everyday life.
For a moment, Chihiro considers just pushing the whole thing into a corner and selling it online. Vocaloids are pretty expensive, right? And figures don't buy themselves.
But he really would like to know why the damn box is so big.
Inside is a copy of the Akashi Seijuurou voicebank. Chihiro has to admit the box art design is pretty cute – a teenage boy with red hair and matching eyes, an outfit in red and white that looks like the midpoint between cyber street fashion and an upscale private school uniform. The description claims his "princely vocal type and commanding, elegant tone are versatile enough to sing any genre of music".
All of this is of secondary importance, because the box that was delivered to Chihiro's door in the middle of a normal Sunday afternoon also contains that same teenage boy. He looks like he's sleeping, with his knees pulled in against his chest and his head resting forward. 04 is printed in light blue on his upper arm, like a tattoo.
Maybe, Chihiro thinks, he should have realized they'd be sending him an actual robot.
---
Twenty minutes later, the hardware is hooked up to Chihiro's computer, the software is installing, and Chihiro is ignoring every voice in his head that says this is a really weird thing to be doing. He hasn't been able to move the unit – it's as heavy as an unconscious body, and that thought is not a calming one – so it's still curled in its box. Luckily, its cords are long, extending from the Vocaloid's... headphones? The whole situation really is like in that old CLAMP manga. At least he's not naked, I guess. Chihiro feels a little hysterical.
His computer chimes an alert, prompting him to complete the installation.
Mysterious events...
Chihiro clicks Finish.
Immediately, there's a soft whirring, almost like the sound of his desktop tower's fan, and the Vocaloid's eyes snap open. For a moment, they're dark and flat, and then they flare brightly to life. LCD screens? Or are they just lights? How would you even ask someone that?
It – he? – stands, climbing delicately out of the box and stretching a little. There's something about the way the Vocaloid moves that Chihiro can only think of as... elegant.
"Good afternoon, Producer-san," says the Akashi Seijuurou unit. His speech is robotic – echoing slightly, a little stilted – but the soft smile he gives Chihiro feels eerily genuine. "Or... would you prefer I call you Master?"
