Bonus Round 1: AUs

SASO 2017 is over, but this round is perpetually open to new fills (no new prompts).
Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible. (There are changes from last year!)
RULES
- Submit prompts by commenting to this post with an alternate universe idea, along with a ship from one of our nominated fandoms. There's a comment template below for your convenience.
- Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. (This is not the sports anime gen olympics.) Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Izumi & Sakaeguchi). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Izumi/Sakaeguchi). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!
- An AU can be a canon divergence, e.g. "what if [character] was the Team Captain instead of the canon captain character?", or a completely different setting altogether, e.g., pop idol AU, coffee shop AU, superheroes AU, etc.
- Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
- Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

“Higher, hotshot! You call that a throw! Put some muscle into those noodle arms of yours!”
Imaizumi’s body is a perfect arc, elegant and refined under the bright summer sun on the practice green; the pleats of her skirt flutter lightly in the wind, anchored by legs that seem to be so impossibly long, thighs so defined and strong, the first-years can’t help but look on in awe. But maybe the pompom Imaizumi had just flipped into the air, hanging suspended against the bright blue of the sky like a vision of victory in their third year, could have been a little bit higher.
She can’t quite turn her head where she has one leg lifted high near her face in a scorpion, but a scowl flits across her eyes anyway. Naruko is running into her front handspring just out of Imaizumi’s field of vision. “I’m strong enough to throw you at any time.”
“Prove it,” Naruko says as she comes out of the handspring and then folds into her front tuck. She’s explosive, all that energy curled up tight in her core sending her flying like she's dynamite, the Sohoku yellow and red on her not so much a uniform but a flag that leads them bright and vibrant on the green. Eyes always turn toward Naruko when she's flying; she makes sure of it. It's no wonder Teshima and Aoyagi had made her cheer captain after the graduation good-byes and tears had cleared.
Imaizumi never needs the cue, her mind never stops counting the careful beats of their routine, day in, day out, into the deep of night, but Naruko announces it anyway, first in the flash of her red hair going by, and then in the warm hand she taps twice against Imaizumi’s held leg. With both feet on the ground, Imaizumi takes all of Naruko’s weight into her hands and lifts her into the air like she’s flying, to grab the flung pompom from out of the sky, to jump into her final aerial.
At this point, it's almost a contest: who can calculate their trajectory best (Imaizumi, infuriatingly precise), who can go stronger (Naruko, at her peak), who can stick their landing with face turned toward the sky.
(Imaizumi, when Naruko was there to snap her out of it.)
(Naruko, when Imaizumi was there to hold out a hand and pick her back up.)
Imaizumi leads on the ground, Naruko leads in the air, and after a devastating second year, they’re ready to bring Sohoku colours to Nationals again.
