Bonus Round 1.5: AUs

SASO 2017 is over, but this round is perpetually open to new fills (no new prompts).
Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible. (There are changes from last year!)
RULES
- Submit prompts by commenting to this post with an alternate universe idea, along with a ship from one of our nominated fandoms. There's a comment template below for your convenience.
- Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. (This is not the sports anime gen olympics.) Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Izumi & Sakaeguchi). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Izumi/Sakaeguchi). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!
- An AU can be a canon divergence, e.g. "what if [character] was the Team Captain instead of the canon captain character?", or a completely different setting altogether, e.g., pop idol AU, coffee shop AU, superheroes AU, etc.
- Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
- Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

There’s blood in his mouth, dripping over his chain and onto the floor.
Akashi hasn’t even touched him. Why would an emperor lower himself to violence?
His fingers curl in the dirt, grasping grass strands that are all too easily uprooted. Like him, like his kingdom, like everything he thought he knew about his world.
“Rebellion,” Akashi says in that distant, controlled tone that is more terrifying than any show of anger ever would be, “Is not to be tolerated.”
He can hardly even hear Kiyoshi begging anymore for him to be spared. Only Akashi and the rush of his blood leaving him.
“This is what your loyalty comes to the end, Kiyoshi; the death of all you love.”
He knows what it means that the world is growing as cold and distant as Akashi’s voice. He tries to turn his head, to get one last look at Kiyoshi (to mouth forgiveness to him with cracked lips and missing teeth) but Akashi won’t allow him even that.
Seirin falls when Hyuga dies, not when Kiyoshi does. Kiyoshi lasts quite a bit longer.

“You could be useful,” Akashi says, and places a knife in front of him. His brilliant eyes hold Hanamiya captivate, even as Hanamiya thinks frantically about all the possible ways to use the knife to escape.
If akashi’s fool enough to give him a weapon, then Hanamiya will show this little ‘Emperor’ the error of his ways. The kingdom of Kirisi should’ve been his; he was all set to inherit before the Empire invaded.
He’ll take it back and swallow Seirin as well. Maybe even the Empire too.
“But you did defy me.” Akashi tsks and steps back.
Still Hanamiya cannot move.
“I will need you to prove your loyalty to me first.”
His hand wraps around the blade and Hanamiya brings it up to his own mouth. It’s cold against his tongue and so sharp that he almost immediately nicks himself on it.
He doesn’t realize what he’s doing, what he’s done,, until the bloody lump of his tongue is lying on the floor.
“Good,” Akashi says and makes a gesture of command.
Hanamiya tilts his head back and opens his mouth. Not choking on Akashi’s cock comes second to not choking on his own blood.

Eikichi is a strong, strong man. He is all muscle and height, a living embodiment of what a king should look like. If it hadn’t been for the Empire, he would have been king! He had won the trials - but the invasion had happened before the coronation and now the only thing that crowns him is his own blood.
He’s dazed, looking up at Akashi with disfocused eyes. Akashi seems so small. So frail. More of a child than an Emperor.
This defeated him? This?
He snarls, baring his teeth in pure defiance, and Akashi frowns in response.
“No,” he mused, “I have no use for you. Oxen have twice your muscles - and twice your sense too.”
He turns and tells the pale man besides him with the odd black eyebrows, “This one is yours, Makoto. See that you don’t kill him until after you’ve carved every muscle off him.”
Makoto smiles but says nothing.
*
“Ahhhh,” Hayamo says with a sigh and a smile, resting the point of his sword into the dirt. “It looks like you’ve won, Emperor.”
He’s taking the best of all the Uncrowned Kings so far and with the blood in his eyes that he has to keep blinking away, he’s not even making an attempt to look Akashi in the eyes.
He stretches exaggeratedly, rolling his shoulders back, and grins.
“All the same, I don’t think I’m quite ready to accept defeat yet.”
His sword comes up again- and then drops down, along with his sword hand.
Akashi lowers his own blade and tells him coolly, “Try that again and I’ll take you off at the knees.”
Maybe he could keep Hamayo alive in a glass cabinet after that, a grisly display in his throne room of what happens to those that defy him.

Reo’s waiting by Akashi’s bed when Akashi returns. He knows better than to climb onto the bed when Akashi isn’t there. He kneels besides it instead, hands resting demurely on his lap, and keeps his head down.
“I hear your conquest was successful, Sei-chan,,” Reo says and the smooth tone of the other man’s voice never fails to stir a hunger in Akashi that nothing else can sate.
“As always.” He does not lose. He is absolute.
He seats himself on the bed and looks down at Reo’s lovely face. The man is more perfectly sculpted than any of the statues in the garden or castle, more beautifully colored than any painting.
Of all the Uncrowned Kings whom he has defeated, Reo is the one who serves him best.
When Akashi leans down and kisses Reo’s forehead, it’s a sign of favor as much as ownership.
He has dominion over all things and that includes his own heart.
