Bonus Round 3: FSTs

Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible.
RULES
- Submit prompts in the form of a short playlist (1-6 songs) and a ship from any of our nominated fandoms. Submit only the track listing and a link to where they can be listened to; the idea is for others to interpret what you present. You may also link to lyrics if you would like.
- Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Lilia & Sara). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Lilia/Sara). Please don't say "Any pairing," either.
- Create content based on the playlists of others! Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
- Fills may be in any form you choose (except for another FST of course) as long as they are inspired by/fit the mood of the soundtrack they are filling for.
- Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

Thank you so, SO much for prompting this for me! This is actually REALLY TAME because it turns out I don't have the heart to write Onoda going through the Hunger Games OR getting killed.
***
“You want some advice?” Makishima asks bitterly, sipping from a champagne glass that he holds with almost unbelievable grace.
Onoda nods eagerly. “Yes, please.”
“Die fast.” Makishima’s short, sharp laugh is the most cynical sound Onoda’s heard in his fifteen years of growing up in One. It’s a Quarter Quell, one where no volunteers were allowed, so Onoda’s going to the Arena even though he’s not trained and has no intention of killing anyone!
His mother was one of the best embroiderers in One, famed for her delicate stitches, and Onoda had been all set to inherit from her. He doesn’t think his skill with a needle will help him in the Arena but even if it would…
He’s not a killer.
He’ll be sorry to cause his mother sorrow but he doesn’t want her to live with a son who is a murderer either.
Despite his glasses, Onoda is clear-eyed. He understands what Makishima is saying.
“Thank you for the advice, Makishima-senpai,” Onoda says with a bow. Manners, his mother has always taught him, are a free gift from you to a person you respect.
“You sound like you mean it,” Makishima observes, startled out of his usual silence.
“I do,” Onoda says and reaches to pour a little champagne into his own glass. He sips at the bubbly liquid, then scrunches up his nose. No, he doesn’t like it. He tilts his head back and smiles up at Makishima, so innocent that it makes Makishima gulp the rest of his champagne faster than he intended. “You’re my Mentor. You’re a Victor. You killed in the Hunger Games and you survived. If you say die fast, it means that you don’t think surviving is worth it and who would know better than a Victor?”
“...” Instead of replying with words, Makishima raises his glass to Onoda in a silent toast. At the very least, the kid deserves his respect. Makishima already knows the Capitol won’t give him any.
*
Done with his silent assessment of the latest Tribute he’s Mentoring, Toudou sits back with a sigh.
The boy’s attractive, at least. As much as it makes Toudou’s stomach sink to think of what’ll happen to him after the Games, Toudou knows that Manami’s looks will be an important factor in getting him sponsors. He’s already planning the talk he’ll need to have with Manami’s stylists to make sure they don’t ruin the boy’s big eyes and sleek hair.
On the downside, he completely lacks the muscle and skill that a Career Tribute from Two should have. He’s slim enough that he looks like picking up a sword will break him. That’ll cut down on the potential Sponsors as well as the score from the Gamemakers unless he’s got some hidden talents.
“Have you got any special skills?” Toudou asks briskly.
“Well,” Manami says, eyelashes fluttering downwards for a second and his mouth curving in a secretive smile, “I’m good at not dying.”
After a second, Toudou laughs. Fine. Manami’ll do well at Caesar’s interviews too, he can predict that already.
*
“Tadokoro!” Toudou calls out, guiding Manami with a hand between Manami’s shoulderblades. “Come meet my tribute.”
“Tadokorocchi!” Makishima says at the exact same moment. He doesn’t approach the other Victor from One but waves instead for Tadokoro to come over.
Tadokoro looks between the two blue-eyed, dark-haired boys rather than look at their Mentors.
Both of them are smiling; Tadoroko’s heart aches for their innocence.
Re: FILL: TEAM PRINCE OF TENNIS, T
THE LAST LINE WHAT A KICKER THANK YOU FOR ALL THESE FEELINGS I DIDNT PRECISELY SIGNUP FOR o(-( i'm also grateful for the no murder tbh i don't think i could stand to see it happen either BO Y
Re: FILL: TEAM PRINCE OF TENNIS, T
I didn't even know you HAD a weakness for climber family! But basically those were the only 5 chars I could write out of the provided list SO. XD This is what happened!
Poor Maki-chan indeed. I was tempted to make him a Capitol citizen because he's rich+has weird hair+has terrible taste in clothes but Maki and Toudou as Mentors with Onoda and Manami as their Tributes just made for such a perfect parallel that I couldn't resist using it instead. Also Makishima being so very embittered because he's socially awkward and anti-social both and they don't WARN you in One what happens to Victors. While Toudou, at least, understands a little about marketing his own beauty and collecting fans, so he mirror-masks and survives while Makishima just shatters.
Dying is a kinder fate for Onoda. Both of them are right about that. But if Manami comes out of the Arena as a Victor, he's going to have edges nobody ever expected.
POOR TADOROKO TOO. Being a Victor just sucks and he has such a big heart. Seeing all the kids go year after year to their deaths must be wrecking him.
Re: FILL: TEAM PRINCE OF TENNIS, T
jshfjkds tbh makichan would fit into the capitol so well, smh boi pls. but toudou would too, i think, in a more classic, elegant way. but maki-chan o makichan smh and i'm just they're such good foils for each other dshfkjhh even in an AU like this
probably but wails softly onoda--- o(-( manami already does though, but i expect he'll come out of it with a cynical edge and a recklessness, but probably also cold-- i don't like this train of thought i'm just- gonna--
WHY DID YOU BRING UP TADOROKO it makes me think of him mentoring t2 and how they.. probably didn't-- hdskjfkjahfjk
Re: FILL: TEAM PRINCE OF TENNIS, T
I ACTUALLY DELETED FROM MY ORIGINAL FILL THAT TADOROKO LOOKED AT THE BLUE EYED BLACK HAIRED BOYS AND THOUGHT OF TESHIMA.
But I deleted it because if Tadoroko is from 1 and mentored them, then so are Teshima and Aoyagi which means they must've been Careers and they do not look like Careers!
BUT I actually had a better thought. Careers volunteer, right? So when Tadoroko volunteered, either Teshima or Aoyagi is the boy that was saved from being Reaped that year. I have SO MANY THOUGHTS about what the relationship must be like between Careers and the Saved.
I REALLY LIKE MAKISHIMA AND TOUDOU TOO, high fives President Snow is pretty regal/elegant so Toudou could totally also be a Capitol citizen. Imagine them having a tradition of betting on different Victors (absolutely REFUSING to favor the same one) and whomever wins uses the winning money to pick up the tab to buy the Victor for a night with the both of them.
But nothing actually happens because Toudou's mother or father was a Victor so Toudou knows what happens to Victors and just buys them to give them a night of peace. While Makishima does it because, well, he might not think of Toudou as being as much of a nuisance as he pretends to.
Re: FILL: TEAM PRINCE OF TENNIS, T
maki-chan u giant softie smh (i love those two cries)
Re: FILL: TEAM PRINCE OF TENNIS, T
Or make it totally terrible, have Capitol!Toudou buy Manami's first night and then order the stylists to make Manami look as much like him as possible. Ah yes, he's always wanted to have sex with himself, now he can indulge his narcissistic fetish.
