An oldie but a goodie—in this round, we draw inspiration from famous words said by other people.

Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible.

SCORING

These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many prompts/fills as you want!

For prompts: 5 points each (maximum of 50 prompt points per team per round)

For fills:
First 4 fills by any member of your team: 20 points each
Fills 5-10: 15 points each
Fills 11-20: 5 points each
Fills 21-50: 2 points each
Fills 51+: 1 point each

All scored content must be created new for this round.

Sliiiightlly fucked up way of thinking about girls/boys/hook ups, maybe?

The music in the club is so loud that the walls are throbbing, beating to the rhythm of the bass like they’re inside a giant heart. The lights flash in a dozen different colors, playing over their faces like slaps of neon color.

Hanamiya’s out there in the crowd somewhere, Imayoshi knows, spreading poison in his wake. He’s seen Hanamiya pull this too many times; he makes pretty girls feel ugly and ugly girls feel jealous. He turns friends against each other, flirting with them both, making each of them feel like the other girl is intruding on her territory.

He goes home alone (he goes home with Imayoshi) but he goes home laughing and invigorated by destroying so many dreams.

Sometimes, Imayoshi fancies Hanamiya as a demon who feeds off other people’s suffering. It’s the only explanation for why he’d rather destroy the girls he fools rather than fuck them.

Or maybe the explanation is simpler, maybe it’s just not girls that he wants to fuck but Imayoshi tries not to let himself think about that too often. Wishful thinking has been the downfall of too many people.

There’s no need to sit there thinking about Hanamiya. Clubs are where you’re supposed to meet new people and after all, it’s not like girls don’t notice him.

There’s a blond girl shaking her breasts at him and smiling. He sizes up her quickly - ganguro, single, nice clothes, here with two female friends - and dismisses her.

She’s got flashy contacts in but the vivid blue of her eyes seems too bright, too fake, compared to the shifting grey-green of Hanamiya’s eyes. Her hair’s too long as well, bleached blond and long, the tips twitching over her ass when she wriggles her hips. Imayoshi can just imagine how it’ll tangle in his hands and end up as a mare’s nest by morning.

Hanamiya’s shorter hair is far better. It’s just long enough for Imayoshi to grab but not so long that it’ll end up an ugly mess by morning.

There’s a girl with colorful streaks in her hair who keeps glancing at him while dancing. Imayoshi turns his head so she can’t make eye contact. Sitting here at the table alone, sipping his drink, he must look like he’s just waiting for some pretty girl to join him.


It’s a pity that no pretty girl can compare to Hanamiya.

Imayoshi takes another sip of his drink and wonders if Hanamiya even knows how many girls Imayoshi has rejected for him.
