SASO 2017 is over, but this round is perpetually open to new fills (no new prompts).

An oldie but a goodie—in this round, we draw inspiration from famous words said by other people.

Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible.

RULES

• Submit prompts by commenting to this post with a quote attributed to a specific person or character, along with any ship/ot3/etc. from one of our nominated fandoms.
  • Example: "That which does not kill us makes us stronger." -Friedrich Nietzsche
  • The quote can come from almost anything—famous people, poetry, songs, books, movies, etc.— but please don't quote personal conversations you've had or overheard.
  • Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Natsuo & Yuzuko). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Natsuo/Yuzuko). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!
• Fill prompts by replying to the prompt with your quote-inspired fanwork.

SCORING

These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many prompts/fills as you want!

For prompts: 5 points each (maximum of 50 prompt points per team per round)

For fills:
First 4 fills by any member of your team: 20 points each
Fills 5-10: 15 points each
Fills 11-20: 5 points each
Fills 21-50: 2 points each
Fills 51+: 1 point each

All scored content must be created new for this round.

"...Why are these the set spells?" Hanamiya asked, frowning down at the textbook that listed the spells that Fighters used and how to best cast them.

"Because the objective is to hurt the Sacrifice. Pain comes in the form of restraints, so most of the spells center around either restraints or making the Sacrifice and Fighter feel isolated from each other," Imayoshi said as he smoothed his hand over Hanamiya's hair. Hanamiya's ears twitched, one soft silky ear brushing against the side of Imayoshi's hand, and Imayoshi bit back the urge to caress it. Hanamiya wasn't that sly little twelve-year-old anymore but somehow, the thought of being lovers with Hanamiya still felt oddly wrong.

Imayoshi put it down to his self-preservation instincts. Surely lying with Hanamiya would be as dangerous as engaging in a spell battle with him. There was no reason to put himself in harm's way just because Hanamiya had such soft ears and such a silky tail and a pretty, wide mouth and clever eyes and muscle like he fought physically instead of via spells and --

"Senpai!" Hanamiya said loudly, waving a hand in front of Imayoshi's eyes. "What are you thinking of?"

"Pairs that are lovers are stronger," Imayoshi said, offering a half-truth in lieu of the fantasies where he had Hanamiya on his hands and knees, blindfolded and whimpering-mewling for more.

"So you were thinking about having sex with me," Hanamiya said matter-of-factly, stripping away the strategic theory and getting down to the raw and filthy heart of it. Hanamiya smiled, his mouth stretching as wide as if he could swallow the Earth and everyone on it. "Why, senpai. I didn't know you felt that way about me!"

"Don't lie, Makoto-chan," Imayoshi purred in response. The game was starting and he would always play. "You know everything, don't you? You're such a clever little Fighter."

"Not that little anymore, Imayoshi-senpai," Hanamiya demurred, casting his gaze down in a good imitation of kittenish shyness. "Shall I take off my clothes and show you?"

Imayoshi laughed at the bluntness of Hanamiya's approach. Somehow, it was strangely reassuring that Hanamiya wasn' quite as good at seduction as he thought he was. "Go ahead, Makoto-chan. Show me you're a big boy and ready to seal our bond."

Grinning, Hanamiya started to shuck off his clothes. Imayoshi shut the textbook and leaned back on the bed to watch the show.

Really, for such a sadistic Fighter, Hanamiya was sometimes just too cute.
