Oooh! I like where you took this prompt! I wasn't expecting a future setting (probably them still in high school and still with their juniors/competing against each other), but I really enjoyed what I read! A reflective sort of piece, like with the passage of time, people mature and re-asses their feelings/opinions toward others and relationships. Thank you for the fill!
