Bonus Round 1: Memory

Let's start our summer by looking at the past—things that happened in canon, or maybe in an AU, or maybe just as wishful thinking...


This round is CLOSED as of 7PM on June 9 EDT. Late fills may be posted, but they will not receive points.

Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible. (There are changes from last year!)

RULES

• Submit prompts by commenting to this post! You prompt should consist of one scenario beginning with the phrase "Remember when", along with any ship/ot3/etc. from our list of nominated fandoms.
  • Your prompts can take the form of recalling canon facts/events ("Remember when Nozomi and Eli got parfaits after school?"), non-canon events ("Remember when Megumi and Jin met at the Tadokoro Family Reunion?"), or somewhere in-between ("Remember when Bokuto and Kenma first met?"). Headcanons and AUs are welcome!
  • Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. (This is not the sports anime gen olympics.) Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Rei & Nagisa). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Rei/Nagisa). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!
• Post fills by leaving a responding comment to a prompt with your newly-created work.
• Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

SCORING
These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many prompts/fills as you want!



For prompts: 5 points each (maximum of 50 prompt points per team per round)


For fills:


First 3 fills by any member of your team: 20 points each
Fills 4-10: 10 points each
Fills 11-20: 5 points each
Fills 21+: 2 points each

All scored content must be created new for this round.

Yahaba tries to keep to himself, or at the very least keep certain parts of himself to himself, which is why this particular Wednesday is a disaster.

"You're a dog," the teenager says, standing in the mouth of the alley Yahaba used to shift back to human in a momentary but significant lapse in judgement. He is blocking Yahaba's exit.

Yahaba rolls his eyes and gestures to himself. "Uh, no?" He figures he has a point. It's not hard to see him right now and draw the conclusion of human. His clothes aren't anywhere in sight, after all.

The teenager narrows his eyes, or maybe just frowns. Yahaba doesn't want to draw conclusions about someone who has him in a compromising position, but he doesn't seem like he's the brightest guy in the world.

"You were a dog," he says, each word coming out like he's testing them as they pass his lips.

Yahaba flinches. "I guess?"

"That's cool."

Yahaba blinks, trying to reconcile the words. "What?" he asks without thinking.

The guy shrugs with one heft of his shoulder. "It's just cool, alright?" He pauses again, studying Yahaba.

Yahaba thinks he would feel naked under that look even if he did have clothes on.

"I'm Kyoutani," he says, hunching over and offering his hand. "You got a name?"

Yahaba frowns as he takes it, trying not to be aware of just how really, totally naked he is right now. "Yahaba," he says. "Shigeru, I guess."

Kyoutani nods and pulls him up.

Yahaba takes back his previous thought about Kyoutani not being bright. This is too intense for stupidity.

"You usually wear pants?" Kyoutani asks.

"Yes," Yahaba snaps back, almost before Kyoutani finishes speaking.

"Cool."

"Okay now what the fuck is cool about that?" Yahaba asks. He would try to be more polite, but he's naked, in an alley, with a guy he only just met, who has timing terrible enough to catch him shift back from dog form.

"Just figure most people don't want to see your junk all the time."

Yahaba glares. Kyoutani shoves his hands into the pockets of his jeans. He glances up from the ground to meet Yahaba's glare, once, then twice.

Yahaba grits his teeth. "What?" he asks, already regretting the question.

Kyoutani ducks his gaze and mumbles something that Yahaba can't hear.

"Human means crappy hearing, mind speaking up?"

Kyoutani glances at him again. "I just wanted to know what breed you are."
