Bonus Round 4: Quotes
A shipping olympics favorite, this round uses quotes of all sorts to fuel your creative endeavors.
This round is CLOSED as of 7PM on July 21 EDT. Late fills may be posted, but they will not receive points.
RULES
- Submit prompts by commenting to this post with a quote attributed to a specific person or character, along with any ship/ot3/etc. from one of our nominated fandoms.
- Example: "You must be the change you wish to see in the world." - M. Gandhi
- The quote can come from anywhere. Famous people, poetry, songs, books, movies, your neighbor, etc.
- Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. (This is not the sports anime gen olympics.) Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Makoto & Rin). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Makoto/Rin). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!

FILL: TEAM Miyuki Kazuya/Sawamura Eijun, T
490 words.
It starts with a competition on who has the better alcohol tolerance between Furuya and Sawamura—the former calling it quits with a hand over his mouth and Sawamura hooted, fists in the air as Miyuki watched between sips of his own beverage.
Furuya hobbles off to the restroom, probably to empty his stomach into the toilet bowl, and Kominato scurries out to make sure that he’s alright. The rest of the first string are still drinking and talking, some rolling their eyes as they clap Sawamura on his back, congratulations in order.
He teases Sawamura and Sawamura squints, his eyes narrowing, and Miyuki wonders if Sawamura’s going to hurl all over him and that’d be gross—but then Sawamura is leaning over him, spreading out like a cat with his heavy limbs everywhere, and thumps his head against Miyuki’s bicep. Miyuki allows him to do so, simply adjusting to allow him to crawl closer.
“What did you say,” Sawamura asks, hot air puffing against his arm, and Miyuki huffs quietly.
“How drunk are you,” Miyuki replies instead of answering and Sawamura drags his face up with considerable effort.
“Hey,” Sawamura slurs against his shoulder, his lips brushing the skin there as he turns his heated cheek to gaze up at Miyuki.
“Hey, yourself,” Miyuki fire back with both of his eyebrows raised, unamused.
“You’re pretty cute,” Sawamura giggles instead and Miyuki is thankful that he can blame the redness of his cheeks on alcohol—even though Kuramochi is whistling and clapping his hands together and Kominato, returning with two water bottles while Furuya is downing his own, is staring at Sawamura while shaking his head and mumbling “Eijun-kun,” again and again.
It’s quite the scene, Miyuki supposes, and he chuckles but doesn’t push him off at all. Instead, he laughs and takes another drink.
“Thank you,” Miyuki says and lifts his free hand to rest it on Sawamura’s back in a comforting manner. “That’s very nice of you.”
“Are you,” Sawamura continues and there’s a blush that’s not from the alcohol on his cheeks, “are you single?”
The room goes mercilessly quiet for half a minute that feels like half a year—only to be broken by Kuramochi hooting and wheezing while Miyuki just sighs and rubs Sawamura’s back.
“No,” Miyuki answers him with his heart in his throat and Sawamura looks like he’s about to cry.
“Oh,” Sawamura replies, “that’s—that’s upsetting.”
“Well,” Miyuki smirks, “I guess so. My boyfriend’s a bit of an idiot.”
“Then why don’t you dump him,” Sawamura suggests, his eyes shining, dangerously wet, “and date me instead.”
“Like I said, he’s a bit of an idiot,” Miyuki says and Kuramochi laughs himself sick, wheezing and clutching his stomach while Kominato frantically gets the garbage can near.
“So is that a yes,” Sawamura says, “are we dating now?”
“Oh my god,” Miyuki replies and Sawamura buries his head into the crook of his neck.
