Bonus Round 1: AUs

SASO 2017 is over, but this round is perpetually open to new fills (no new prompts).


This popular round is back once again! To begin this year's SASO, we encourage you to let your mind run wild with alternate ideas and settings.


Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible. (There are changes from last year!)

RULES

• Submit prompts by commenting to this post with an alternate universe idea, along with a ship from one of our nominated fandoms. There's a comment template below for your convenience.
  • Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. (This is not the sports anime gen olympics.) Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Izumi & Sakaeguchi). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Izumi/Sakaeguchi). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!
• An AU can be a canon divergence, e.g. "what if [character] was the Team Captain instead of the canon captain character?", or a completely different setting altogether, e.g., pop idol AU, coffee shop AU, superheroes AU, etc.
• Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
• Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

• 400px by 400px (art)
• 14 lines (poetry)

SCORING

These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many prompts/fills as you want!

For prompts: 5 points each (maximum of 50 prompt points per team per round)

For fills:
First 4 fills by any member of your team: 20 points each
Fills 5-10: 15 points each
Fills 11-20: 5 points each
Fills 21-50: 2 points each
Fills 51+: 1 point each

All scored content must be created new for this round.

Oh. My. FUCK.

I had to read that all on my tiny tiny phone screen. And then I just put the phone down and stared off into the middle distance in awe for a few seconds. And then I picked it up and reread it and flailed because holy shit, that was SO PERFECT

I loved it before I even started because DICK SWORD, hah, and then I eagerly devoured the rest. I made an actual effort to slow down once I realized how much I liked it so I could enjoy it for longer!

Hanamiya's mental snark about 'caring and responsible' senpai was golden. I love even his thoughts are snarky. And the bits about 'was this love' and 'he really loved this kid' were so twisted-perfect.

THE CONFESSION SCENE THOUGH. Holy. The bit about Kiyoshi made me want to stuff my fists into my mouth with delighted horror because wow yes perfect. The 'let them push you but kiss them first, fuck them first' is so perfect for Hanamiya luring them into traps and THE CRIPPLING SO YOU CAN NEVER BE FORGOTTEN OMG.

Also the line about 'I'm not as pretty as Mibuchi, but you can come on my face'. I love Hanamiya trying to take control back there even after he was forced onto his knees, going with it and getting hard BECAUSE it's petty and spiteful and actually admiring the arrogance instead of resenting it. And not even thinking about the fact that Akashi made the first moves here, is using HIS gamebook without even being told!

"Quiet, you first-year." I died. I choked on my laughter and died. Hanamiya, what a way to talk to someone that came on your face.

ALSO IMAYOSHI, YOU SNUCK IMAYOSHI IN HERE. My face contorted into this wide, wide grin that's still kinda hurting. MIRACULOUS TEIKO BABIES.

Imayoshi: I just let him do what he wants and don't insist he practices. Hanamiya: I fuck mine.

PLEASE IMAGINE THAT CONVERSATION.

Also the continued condescension of 'kids these days, with their murder-plots and intrigue'. I fucking ADORE how Hanamiya keeps thinking of Akashi as a kid and never acknowledges him as an equal, not even at the very end. The young really were so cruel.

God. God. I just. Am making all the flailing hand gestures and sounds of delight. Thank you SO MUCH for this awesome fill, I love it to pieces! Best creepy Akashi and Hanamiya, BEST.
