Bonus Round 2: Tic-Tac-Toe

Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible. There's a lot of text here, but if you read carefully and follow the instructions step by step, you will be okay.
RULES
Please refer to the first comment thread of this post for an example of how this round works.PROMPTING
- Select a ship to create your prompt card about. Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Haruki & Kazuma). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Haruki/Kazuma). Please don't say "Any pairing," either!
- Visit this card generator.
- Here is a visual guide to using it.
- The large text box is where you can list prompts if you have your own ideas. Please list at least 9 prompts; you can list more if you want. (The generator says you need at least 24, but it's lying.) Single words or short phrases are better than sentences.
- Otherwise, you can use the dropdown menu found right below it. Note: some of these prompts lists are NSFW. (NSFW prompts are a-ok as long as you tag for it.) If you don't like some of the options that appear in a prompt list, you can delete them.
- Text prompts only, please. Also, each card square must be unique—don't list the same prompt 9 times.
- In "Configuration Options," make sure you select 3x3 and (Normal prompt). This is the most important step!
- Leave the tic-tac-toe card with its default colors, so everyone can read it clearly.
- Click the "Create a bingo card" button.
- Scroll down to see the card that was created for you. If you don't like the prompts it picked, you can reroll by clicking "Create a bingo card" again.
- When you're satisfied, scroll further down the page until you see a textarea box full of HTML.
- Copy and paste the HTML from the box and into the body of your prompt comment, then post!
FILLING
Fill prompts by selecting an individual square to create fanwork for, then leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work. (Optional:) If you can fill three squares from a prompt in a horizontal, vertical, or diagonal line, you get a tic-tac-toe (and an additional point bonus)! You can also just fill prompts as you please and get standard points.
- Prompt squares are labeled as follows:
A1 B1 C1 A2 B2 C2 A3 B3 C3 - If you're trying for tic-tac-toe, you cannot combine squares into one fill. If your fill can satisfy multiple squares, pick the most relevant square: e.g., one square is sailing and another is pirates and you make a fill about pirates sailing, it's mostly pirates so put down the pirates square.
- Each fill must stand alone as an individual piece, but all your fills can slot into a larger universe if you'd like.
- You cannot fill a prompt square more than once, but you can fill every square on a tic tac toe card if you want to.
- You cannot work with your teammates to get a tic-tac-toe. Only individually achieved tic-tac-toes get the bonus.
- Multiple people can fill the same prompt square. You cannot "block" others from getting tic-tac-toe.
- Remember to also follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.
- Here is a prompt/fill index for your convenience.
FORMAT
Bonus round shenanigans all happen in the comments below. Brand-new works only, please.Required Work Minimums:
- 400 words (prose)

SCORING
These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many prompts/fills as you want! For prompts: 5 points for each tic-tac-toe card (maximum of 50 prompt points per team per round)
For fills:First 4 fills by any member of your team: 20 points each
Fills 5-10: 15 points each

He buys him flowers before he even knows his name and this isn't like Iwaizumi at all. He isn't impulsive or romantic or usually prone to falling for nameless strangers on the street. But he has seen this particular nameless stranger on the same street for days, weeks, months and it takes him everything he has to walk into the nearest flower shop on their shared street and buy the prettiest bouquet he sees on display.
He doesn't even know if he likes flowers.
He waits on the corner of their street where Iwaizumi's workplace, the stranger's house and the flower shop are all lined up in a row and like clockwork the stranger appears in the distance. It is just past six in the morning and the sky is a dreamy, dusty blue, barely awake to witness the meeting of Iwaizumi and the nameless stranger.
The nameless stranger has a dog, an enthusiastic golden retriever, which accompanies him on his morning runs unfailingly, and it notices him before the stranger does, pulling excitedly on its leash and dragging the stranger in Iwaizumi's direction. Iwaizumi gives it a smile because it only seems right and he loves dogs and the stranger comes to a stop before Iwaizumi with a warm smile on his face, approving of Iwaizumi's reaction.
"Hi," the stranger says and even his voice is warm, a low pleasant sound in the early morning hush. "Hinata seems to like you. Do you want to pet him?"
Iwaizumi stoops to run a hand through Hinata's fur and scratch between his ears, acutely aware of the flower bouquet he is holding behind his back. He probably looks vaguely suspicious, as does anyone who hides anything behind their back, and when he straightens up he has a brief moment of uncertainty about this whole flower thing.
"Thank you," Iwaizumi says and his hands obviously have more courage than his heart because he whips the flower bouquet out from behind his back. "These are for you."
The stranger looks confused. "For letting you pet my dog?"
Iwaizumi coughs in embarrassment. "No, um, I work around here and I've seen you around and I was wondering if I could get to know you better? If you're alright with it, that is."
"I've never been hit on at six in the morning before," the stranger says, sounding amused even as a flush spreads across his face. "With flowers, no less."
"It seemed right," Iwaizumi mumbles, feeling his face heat up, probably burning brighter than the stranger's.
The stranger's hand brushes a stray flower poking out of the bouquet, considering. Then he seems to come to a decision, his eyes snapping back up to meet Iwaizumi's gaze decisively. "Alright. Let's give this a try. Hinata seems to like you and he usually has good taste. What's your name?"
"Iwaizumi Hajime," Iwaizumi blurts out quickly, a light emotion, something between hope and disbelief, rising in his chest.
"I'm Sawamura Daichi," the stranger no more says. "It's nice to meet you, Iwaizumi."

Trying for a bingo here!

The song playing on the radio has a nice, slow beat and a pleasant melody that makes Daichi feel wistful.
He doesn't know the song but he finds himself wandering into the living room where Iwaizumi is curled up on the sofa with a book, reading in the lamplight as the song plays in the background. He is squinting slightly, almost at that age where he has to admit he needs reading glasses like the ones Daichi already has. The rest of him is relaxed, so engrossed in his book that he doesn't notice Daichi until he stands in front of him.
Daichi takes Iwaizumi's hand and Iwaizumi flicks his eyes up to look at him questioningly.
"Come, get up." Daichi tugs on Iwaizumi's hand.
"Why?" Iwaizumi asks but he is already putting his book down, spreadeagled on the arm of the sofa so that he doesn't lose his page. He stands, shaking off the cricks in his joints.
"The song's nice," Daichi says as he loops his arms around Iwaizumi's waist, keeping him from going back to the sofa. "Reminds me of the old days."
"The old days?" Iwaizumi repeats, amused. "How much of an old man are you, Daichi?"
"Shut up, you know what I mean." Daichi headbutts his shoulder affectionately and Iwaizumi wraps his arms around him.
Neither of them actually know how to dance but there isn't anyone else here to judge them for that. Swaying isn't exactly dancing and the both of them are probably out of rhythm with the song on the radio but it feels right. Daichi remembers doing this at weddings, not theirs but always someone else's, finding Iwaizumi by the end of the night and pulling him into a corner of the dance floor, swaying out of rhythm as they watch everyone else get progressively wasted around them.
Things have changed since then, less weddings and more settling down with jobs and families and happy lives. They settled down too with jobs and each other and happy lives but Daichi remembers dancing a lot less, even if they were never good at it. He missed moments like this.
"Daichi?" Iwaizumi prompts him gently. "You're thinking really loudly."
Daichi swallows, his throat suddenly tight from reminiscing. "Why didn't we ever get married?"
Iwaizumi blinks, startled for the briefest moment before he simply says, "We still could."
"We're really, really old," Daichi laughs.
"Not too old to get married. I don't think there's an upper age limit for weddings," Iwaizumi points out. "Just look at some of my relatives."
"You've got a point." Daichi grins at him.
Iwaizumi is right. Daichi could still drop to one knee and ask Iwaizumi to marry him and he knows that he would say yes. But when he looks up into Iwaizumi's eyes, safe in the circle of his arms, he finds all he could ever want there. It wasn't really the weddings he was feeling nostalgic for but this feeling of slow dancing to songs they don't know, their bodies pressed close and swaying together to an entirely whimsical rhythm.

And bingo!

"Sawamura?"
"You're Iwaizumi, aren't you?" Sawamura smiles, reaching a hand out to clasp Iwaizumi's outstretched one. "It's been a while."
It has been years since Iwaizumi has seen Sawamura during the Inter Highs, across the net during their memorable last match. At that time, he had hated the feeling of losing, of not being able to do his very best up until the very end. He had hated Karasuno just a bit too for taking everything from them.
But it has been a long while since then and he has had time to think it through. Karasuno had been good opponents despite how they had been during their first match. Sawamura hadn't stood out much in their matches but Iwaizumi remembers thinking more than once that if he hadn't been there maybe Aobajousai could have won instead.
"Do you go here? I've never seen you around before," Iwaizumi asks, looking around at the expansive university grounds. Despite Oikawa's insistence, he had gone to a university in Tokyo, far away from the university in Miyagi Oikawa had applied to.
"Just visiting." Daichi shrugs. "I have friends here."
"Are they around now?"
"Nah, I'm done. In fact, I was actually about to go back."
"To Miyagi?"
"I live in Tokyo now," Daichi tells him. "I attend university here, just not here."
"I still haven't seen you around. If this was Miyagi, we'd probably be bumping into each other all the time."
Daichi laughs at that, a warm, bright sound in the afternoon sun. "Well, we've finally bumped into each other in Tokyo after, what, three years? We should probably commemorate that. Are you free for lunch?"
---
He knew it wouldn't last.
Long distancing had put a strain on their relationship and the additional blow of Iwaizumi admitting that he wasn't returning to Miyagi after graduation completely shattered what he had with Oikawa. He can't remember a time he had been apart from Oikawa before this. Even in his earliest memories, Oikawa had always been there by his side as a playmate then friend then something so much more, which they had just ended.
Oikawa is probably a mess. Old habits die hard and Iwaizumi thinks he should call someone up in Miyagi to look out for him. But his phone is all the way on the other side of the room and Iwaizumi can't, doesn't want to leave the corner of his bed he is curled up in now.
He didn't think it would hurt so much.
Or he knew it would but they had been hurtling in this direction all this time, so fast and so violent that he didn't know how to stop it.
He should probably call someone.
Or he could sleep. It is raining and the raindrops against his window sound lulling, almost soothing to all the hurt inside him now...
Iwaizumi wakes to an insistent knocking against his front door.
His apartment is dark, the night sneaking in while he had been asleep and spreading itself out all over the place. The knocking persists and Iwaizumi fumbles out of bed, the blankets so tightly wrapped around him that he can't seem to shake them off. He reaches the door, still trailing blankets and probably looking as bad as he feels, but he gets the idea that the knocking won't stop until he finally opens his door.
"Hey," Sawamura says as the door swings open, rainwater rolling off his jacket and soaking into his jeans. He looks sheepish as he takes in Iwaizumi's disheveled appearance but tries for a hopeful smile anyway. "Wanna go for dinner together?"
---
Daichi isn't here but Iwaizumi still finds hints of him in every part of their house.
Their kitchen is well-stocked, brimming with fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and meat in the freezer, their rice bin full. Iwaizumi discovers his breakfast on their dining table, wrapped tight in plastic with a note pasted on it that reads, Eat well!
When he comes home at night, dinner is easy enough to prepare with everything where he needs them and enough side dishes stored in the fridge to last him a month. He had told Daichi that he didn't need to go through so much trouble before leaving on his business trip but Daichi had insisted, dragging Iwaizumi out on repeated trips to the supermarket and then cooping himself up in the kitchen while he made and stored side dishes.
Daichi likes cooking as much as he likes eating and watching Iwaizumi eat so Iwaizumi sets up his laptop in front of him before he digs in.
"Hey," he says as Daichi appears on the screen against the backdrop of his hotel room.
"Hey yourself," Daichi says back to him, peering at the screen to look at the spread Iwaizumi has before him. He smiles approvingly as Iwaizumi tilts his camera to show him. "Looks good."
"Of course it does. Half of this is yours," Iwaizumi tells him, digging his chopsticks in and taking his first bite. It tastes good as food always is whenever Daichi is involved. "Have you eaten?"
