Bonus Round 3: FSTs
Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible.
RULES
- Submit prompts in the form of a short playlist (1-6 songs) and a ship from any of our nominated fandoms. Submit only the track listing and a link to where they can be listened to; the idea is for others to interpret what you present. You may also link to lyrics if you would like.
- Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Lilia & Sara). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Lilia/Sara). Please don't say "Any pairing," either.
- Create content based on the playlists of others! Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
- Fills may be in any form you choose (except for another FST of course) as long as they are inspired by/fit the mood of the soundtrack they are filling for.
- Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

The uneasiness settles in for the first time one day, when it's still too early for Tooru to behave like a monster, but too late for him to believe he is anything but.
"I can see it already," Tooru says, and his eyes are filled with the stars that they used to watch as children. Hajime can see the ethereal glow of them in him now, the magic running through his veins, too powerful for him to contain, too overwhelming for him to believe that he can ever contain it. When Tooru blinks and turns to Hajime, his eyes are a soft brown again, but there's an empty, faraway look to them, as if he's looking at Hajime now but seeing him several years ahead in the future. "I'm going to end up killing you one day. Maybe you should stay away from me."
Hajime scoffs, sitting in the dirt beside him. "Do you want me to hit you? I'm not staying way. You're not going to kill me. You're just being overdramatic again."
"But if my powers keep growing—"
"Oikawa," Hajime interrupts impatiently. They're only thirteen years old, and they both have their lives ahead of them. When Hajime speaks, he does it with the naiveté of a child who thinks that they can fix everything with belief. "You can grow all you want, but that's just going to make you stronger. You're not going to turn evil, or whatever the hell everyone thinks. If they want to say that shit about you, they can say it to my face."
Tooru smiles, but it's strained, his eyes shuttered. "Thanks, Iwa-chan."

Tooru's horns grow in at sixteen, starting off as a headache and then three consecutive nights in the medic's wing, out of his mind on healing magic to keep him from screaming with pain as they pierce through his skin and curve upwards, from just above his hairline.
Hajime stays with him the entire time, wiping the blood away with damp towels, and tries not to think of the fact that with his face streaked in blood like this, expression so different to what Tooru would normally wear, he really does look like the monster everyone else seems to think he is.
"Iwa-chan," Tooru says, sounding exhausted as he finally rouses from the trance he'd subconsciously put himself in to keep from feeling any of the pain.
"You're okay," Hajime tells him. "You're going to be okay."
"It's going to end just the way they always said," Tooru says and he sounds defeated. Hajime takes his hand, squeezing it, and when that doesn't feel like it's enough, he leans over and kisses Tooru hard, wishing that he could give enough kisses to chase Tooru's doubts away.
"I'm not going to let that happen, you know. You're not going to turn evil. You're not going to betray everyone. You wouldn't betray me."
Tooru laughs, resting his head on Hajime's shoulder gingerly, making sure not to scratch him with the ends of his horns. "Just a week ago, you would have said that I'd never grow demon horns either. I know what I am, Iwa-chan. You should accept it too."
"Tooru," Hajime protests.
"I don't want to," Tooru tells him. "I don't want any of this to happen, but I know it will. I never want to betray you."
Hajime doesn't know what to say to that, so he just holds Tooru close.

"Iwa-chan," Tooru laughs, his voice filled with mockery as they face each other across the courtyard of the crumbling castle that he's claimed as his new home. "I told you not to come after me."
"And I told you I would," Hajime replies, his sword still sheathed. "I'm not here to start a fight with you."
"If you did, you would lose it," Tooru tells him. "I told you it would end this way. I told you that I'd turn into this. I told you that you should have stayed away."
"I'm not going to." Hajime stands his ground. "If you want me to stop, you'll have to kill me, Tooru."
That only makes Tooru laugh harder. He closes the distance between them in a flash, throwing Hajime down onto his back and kneeling over him. "I promise you that I am going to kill you one day, if that's what it's going to take. I love you too much to stab you in the back, Hajime. When I kill you, you'll see me coming."
Hajime pushes Tooru off him, but still doesn't unsheathe his sword.
"Go," Tooru says tiredly, to his retreating back.

The slide of the blade between the plates of his armour comes as a sharp shock, and he's too surprised to register the pain at first. Not until the blood is trickling from his mouth and he realises how close Tooru's face is to his own. He can see galaxies in Tooru's eyes. Entire worlds that experience their birth and death at a simple thought, because that's the extent of Tooru's ever-growing power.
"I told you," Tooru says with a sorrowful smile. "I told you it would go this way."
Hajime coughs, and he can distantly feel the pain screaming through his body, but he's too focused on the fact that Tooru looks heartbroken.
He places his gauntleted hand on Tooru's cheek, wiping away a fleck of blood that must have splattered against him. Tooru's eyes are welling with tears, even as he pushes the sword deeper into Hajime.
"I love you most," Tooru tells him, then kisses him hard, until Hajime's blood is smeared between both their mouths. "I've always loved you, Hajime. More than I could bear."
He slides the sword back out, and lets Hajime fall into his arms.
"It's over," Tooru murmurs into his hair, as the rest of the world fades out of existence around him. "You can stop fighting now, Hajime."
