Bonus Round 3: FSTs
This round is CLOSED. Late fills can be posted, but they won't receive points.
We're halfway through all the bonus rounds now. If you're like us, every love song on the radio seems to apply to your OTP. In this round we'd like you to serenade us with some of your top picks!
This round ends at 7PM on July 11 EDT. Countdown Timer.
RULES
- Submit prompts in the form of a short playlist (3-6 songs) and a ship from any of our nominated fandoms. Submit only the track listing and a link to where they can be listened to; the idea is for others to interpret what you present. You may also link to lyrics if you would like.
- Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. (This is not the sports anime gen olympics.) Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Riko & Momoi & Alex). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Riko/Momoi/Alex). Please don't say "Any pairing," either.
- Create content based on the playlists of others! Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
- Fills may be in any form you choose (except for another FST of course) as long as they are inspired by/fit the mood of the soundtrack they are filling for.
- Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.
- You cannot fill your teammates' prompts or your own prompts.

“You started this, Ushiwaka, you started it so you finish it. Just say the words.”
The room was darker than it should have been, the lamp on the bedside was missing a bulb, the shade half covered with an old t-shirt. Oikawa pulled his own shirt over his head as he spoke.
Ushijima was sitting on the end of the bed, arms crossed over his bare chest and his pants still unbuttoned at the waist. He didn’t respond and Oikawa wanted to punch him, or scream, something to make him speak, or to make him take back what he just said.
“Well? Aren’t you going to say anything?” Oikawa prompted again, once he was fully dressed, he grabbed his bag from the floor, slinging the strap over his shoulder. “Aren’t you going to tell me I was an idiot? Aren’t you going to make some point about how we should have done this better? Don’t even bother.” He turned towards the open door but he didn’t want to be the first one to leave.
“I can’t.” Ushijima said. It was a statement with no hint of follow up and he stared at the carpet between his feet. Oikawa turned back around. Ushijima was hunched over, looking smaller than he’d ever seen him.
“You can’t what?” His voice was sharp, and he wished it could cut.
“Tooru--”
“No! You can’t call me that now.”
“Oikawa.”
He was silent in response and Ushijima continued.
“Oikawa, I can’t end it.”
Oikawa laughed and it twisted in his chest. “You can’t end it? What do you think you just did, Wakatoshi?” He said the name with as much malice as he could muster, he was afraid he’d just end up sounding broken.
“I didn’t.” He stopped, taking a deep breath and running both hands over his face so hard he was apt to scratch through the skin. “I didn’t mean it that way.”
Oikawa swallowed. “How did you mean it?”
“You could-- you could have left him… all this time, you could have left him for me, if you wanted to. I could not leave, not even if I tried.”
“Don’t talk about him, you promised, we promised we wouldn’t.” Oikawa turned back towards the door and closed his eyes. He hated how he had said we, it sounded like it needed further explanation. Which ‘we’, Tooru?
“You go home to him, and I stay here alone. I don’t think you comprehend how that feels.”
He wanted to argue, to fight against the logic but he knew he couldn’t. It had been an easy dream, to have them both, to have what he wanted, but now he wasn’t sure who he was fooling. Maybe he’d only been fooling himself.
“None of this was true, we both knew that.” Oikawa whispered, he was half afraid Ushijima wouldn’t hear him.
“Yes.” He replied. “I knew that. But how was I supposed to tell you I’d broken the rules? I need you.”
“Is that why you just dumped me?” He still couldn’t look in Ushijima’s direction, and his hands were clenched into fists so tight he was afraid he’d bleed.
“I told you--”
“I know. You didn’t mean it that way. What did you mean to say, then?”
“I can’t, not now.”
“It’s now or never, Ushiwaka, I’m leaving.”
“Don’t leave me.”
“I can’t hold you back anymore.” The words, Ushijima’s own parroted back at him fell like a weight to the floor between them.
“What if I want to be held back?”
The silence stretched until Ushijima spoke again.
“You hold me back, hold me down like… like gravity, like something natural, like an anchor, a root. I don’t know how to function correctly without you Tooru.”
“You were right before. This never would have worked.” Oikawa’s own words ripped at the fresh wound in his chest with sharp claws. He couldn’t stop now, not when he’d only just made up his mind. “I’m leaving, Ushijima.”
He turned and walked through the door, wishing he didn’t have to pause by the front door to don his shoes. Ushijima hadn’t followed but his voice drifted from the bedroom.
“Come back, please, any time. Just come back.”
Oikawa shut the door behind him before the tears could leave his eyes.
