You've created so much during this event, so here's a round to celebrate each other's achievements!

This round is CLOSED as of 7PM on August 24 EDT. Late fills may be posted, but they will not receive points.

RULES

Recommend at least three fanworks from main or bonus rounds. Your recommendations don’t have to be connected in any way, and you do not need permission to recommend a work.
Don't rec your own work. You can recommend things created by your own team, but please spread the love to other teams too.
Each recommendation must include at least two sentences explaining why that fanwork is awesome. Please use the format specified below.
You may recommend as many works as you like, as long as they are posted separately in groups of at least three.
There will be no prompts for this round. Simply post each fill/recommendation list as a comment in response to this post.

These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many fills as you want!

Fills 11-20: 5 points each

Why is this work awesome?: I love gen team Sohoku fic so much, and the way everyone is written here seems very real to me. I also thought it was sweet that Makishima's "bad feelings" keep coming true (because when does anything ever go according to plan for Sohoku) but the team is still clearly all here for each other when the worst happens.

Why is this work awesome?: MAKI COMPARING PEOPLE TO MUSIC IS SOMETHING I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED UNTIL NOW. "Honoka was crashing cymbals and loud booming horns, a one-woman marching band and orchestra all at one" is such a good line and descriptor for how Honoka came out of nowhere into Maki's life one day and changed everything. I love the sensory feel of this piece!

Why is this work awesome?: Teiko-era KNB really messes me up in the best possible way. I love the sort of detached mental voice we get in this fic from Aomine as he feels like he's outgrowing Kuroko (and the part where he makes an assumption about what Kuroko's silence meant and then keeps making assumptions might've actually broken my heart). Lovely, lovely writing!

Thanks for the rec! I swear Souhoku suffers from a permanent case of Murphy's Law sometimes, but they don't let that stop them.

Honestly??? I agree, and the scenario you outlined in your fic definitely seems like the sort of thing I expect to see in canon because Sohoku can never win (except, of course, when they do). ^^ No problem, I loved it!!!
