Bonus Round 7: Recs

You've created so much during this event, so here's a round to celebrate each other's achievements!

This round is CLOSED as of 7PM on August 24 EDT. Late fills may be posted, but they will not receive points.

RULES

• Recommend at least three fanworks from main or bonus rounds. Your recommendations don’t have to be connected in any way, and you do not need permission to recommend a work.
• Don't rec your own work. You can recommend things created by your own team, but please spread the love to other teams too.
• Each recommendation must include at least two sentences explaining why that fanwork is awesome. Please use the format specified below.
• You may recommend as many works as you like, as long as they are posted separately in groups of at least three.
• There will be no prompts for this round. Simply post each fill/recommendation list as a comment in response to this post.
• Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

SCORING

These numbers apply to your team as a whole, not each individual teammate. Make as many fills as you want!

First 3 fills by any member of your team: 20 points each
Fills 4-10: 10 points each
Fills 11-20: 5 points each
Fills 21+: 2 points each

Why is this work awesome?: The feel of this fic is absolutely great. Tanba makes such a good knight, and seeing him in this situation that throws him off-kilter is pretty fantastic. And Chris is phenomenal as a goddess/god. The bits about how he's taken this form especially for Tanba is really fun. (Does Tanba like the hair curly fries that much? Really?)

Why is this work awesome?: I love how menacing Chris is in this fic. Namely a businessman, but clearly something quite a bit more sinister than that as the fic unfolds. Lira writes him so well, with exactly the right amount of geniality and threatening to get across his point. And Miyuki is so fun to bounce off of Chris. He's cheeky even in the face of such threats, and his reactions in this fic are just superb.

Why is this work awesome?: Uhg, this one is so cute, I'm mad. Chris is just picking up Zaizen for a date, but Zaizen is true to form here. I love the way he's a little hesitant to think of it as a date, and the way he's set himself up to save face from the fact that his knee is acting up. And the way Chris is all dressed up without forewarning Zaizen is great. It makes for this nice little push and pull between the two of them that's really fun.
