Profess your love for your favorite ships with the power of song! In this round, we ask you to create fan soundtracks and use them as inspiration for new fanwork.

Please read this whole post before commenting to ensure that your team gets the most points possible.

RULES

• Submit prompts in the form of a short playlist (1-6 songs) and a ship from any of our nominated fandoms. Submit only the track listing and a link to where they can be listened to; the idea is for others to interpret what you present. You may also link to lyrics if you would like.
• Your prompt MUST include some kind of relationship. Platonic relationships are indicated by an "&" between the names (e.g., Lilia & Sara). Non-platonic relationships use "/" (e.g., Lilia/Sara). Please don't say "Any pairing," either.
• Create content based on the playlists of others! Fill prompts by leaving a responding comment to the prompt with your newly-created work.
• Fills may be in any form you choose (except for another FST of course) as long as they are inspired by/fit the mood of the soundtrack they are filling for.
• Remember to follow the general bonus round rules, outlined here.

Slight dub-con, slight violence, communication errors. I headcanon Midousuji as asexual but possibly not aware of it (just aware he’s not sexually attracted to Komari or anyone else), so this got messy.

"Stop that." Midousuji turned his head aside irritably, narrowing his dark eyes at Komari. Komari simply smiled, slow and serpentine. His eyes were wide, pupils blown, and the signs of an oncoming maniac episode were easy for Midousuji to read.

"But I love you," Komari cooed, turning the words into a mockery with nothing more than his tone.

"Gross." The comment was flippant but Midousuji's hands locked around Komari's wrists and pulled them away sharply.

Komari smiled even wider. "I know."

Midousuji's lips peeled into back from his teeth in a sharp smirk before he turned his attention back to the TV. "Just watch the show."

"Mecha have no muscles," Komari pointed out. "They're boring."

His hand sidled sideways, settling on Midousuji's thigh again. Since Midousuji didn't stop him, he gave it a firm squeeze. The thick muscle of Midousuji's legs fit so well under his hands, so firm and so healthy. He let his fingers squeeze a little harder, digging in until he had a solid handful to enjoy.

"Stop," Midousuji said again. He shifted slightly and Komari grinned, toothy and thrilled. It was so rare to see Midousuji off-balance; their relationship, insofar as one even existed, was heavily weighted in Midousuji's favor. But when it came to being intimate...

"Are you scared?" He asked, purring the question like an endearment as he leaned forwards and nipped at Midousuji's lower lip. He tested his luck by letting his lips linger, aiming for a kiss, only to have Midousuji tilt his own head back and then smash his forehead against Komari's.

Komari crashed off the couch, blinking up at Midousuji in surprise as he rubbed at his forehead.

"What-" It wasn't as if Midousuji hadn't warned him but still! Komari had goaded him the way Midousuji goaded his opponents. Shouldn't Midousuji have reacted by claiming he wasn't scared and kissing Komari back to prove it? "Why did you do that?!"

"I told you to stop and you didn't." The perfect rationality of Midousuji's words didn't match the way his face had distorted, teeth bared and his eyes overly bright. His hands were curled into fists at his side and every muscle of Midousuji's body was tight and tense, ready to fight - or kill. "Now get out. We're done for tonight."

"But--" Komari started to protest. Midousuji stood up abruptly, looming over him as Komari rolled to the side and hastily got to his feet.

"Out," Midousuji said, flashing his white, white teeth at Komari once more, "Or I'll throw you out the window."

They were on the 14th floor and yet somehow, Komari had no doubt that Midousuji would do it.

Sometimes, Oishi wanted to scream. Sometimes, he did. Only when he couldn't keep it in any longer though, when Eiji could tell he was about to snap and dragged him off to the far corner of the tennis courts after practice so that he could yell in peace before he said something he regretted later.

As had been the case for almost as long as he had known him, the cause of Oishi's recurring need to yell was none other than his captain. Or, more specifically, his captain's pigheaded stubbornness and refusal to take proper care of his injuries. Oishi thought that he had reached his maximal level of screaming after the quarterfinals match against Hyoutei when Tezuka had pushed his shoulder to its breaking point and beyond in his match against Atobe (and still lost, Oishi had wanted to point out on more than one occasion. So what, really, had that particular brand of stubbornness gained them other than getting to go through the rest of the tournament without a captain at all).

But then Tezuka had returned in time for Nationals to begin, and in the process turned Oishi's words right back around on him when he proved, in front of the entire team, that Oishi's wrist hadn't fully healed either. Which meant that Oishi was now yelling into his own pillow at night, because Eiji still hadn't forgiven him for hiding that particular detail. He wouldn't be yelling so much, Oishi thought, if it weren't for the fact that Tezuka's shoulder still wasn't back 100% either. Tezuka hid it well, but Oishi had caught him more than once wincing as he picked up his bag after practice. And then, today, Tezuka had caught Oishi lingering by the door after everyone had left and had asked Oishi to help him tape his shoulder.

Oishi had, of course, but what he had really wanted to do was shove the tape deep into his own bag, drag Tezuka back to his physical therapist, and make him rest properly before he hurt himself again. It had been bad enough the first time Tezuka had been away at rehab; nearly every practice had ended with Eiji dragging him into the bushes behind the courts to yell. He wasn't sure how he would manage this time with even more pressure from the tournament and Eiji currently refusing to speak to him.

He knew it was pointless to try to change his captain's behavior though, not with how incredibly stubborn Tezuka always had to be. The best he could do was subtly ask Inui for any advice he had on taping and hope he somehow managed to fix things with Eiji sooner rather than later.

Toudou's never known anyone to not want him before, especially not someone as gangly and awkward as Makishima. What's wrong with Makishima anyway! Is he blind? Should he borrow Kinjou's glasses? Maybe Toudou should drag Makishima off for an eye test. If there is something wrong with Makishima's eyesight and Toudou is the one to discover it, then he'll be like a hero! Surely Makishima will be grateful to him then, right?

For a little while, he tries to console himself with the thought that it isn't anything about him personally. Makishima might just be straight and not into men. After all, judging by his gravure magazines, he likes girls. Toudou's never seen him looking at any magazines with men on the cover.

This train of thought leads to Toudou experimenting with makeup at the next few meets. Nothing too over the top, of course, just a streak of eyeliner and a smudge of lipgloss.

It turns out that biking with lipgloss on guarantees your hair will catch on the ligloss and eyeliner does rub off and smear after biking and sweating. The laughter that Makishima doubles over with when he sees Toudou with a rough black mask of smeared eyeliner is not the reaction that Toudou was going for and he promptly gives all the makeup to a female cousin instead.

"Ah, what's that - a gravure magainze? Who's it of?" Toudou asks, leaning over Makishima's shoulder to peer at the magazine.

"You wouldn't know her," Makishima replies, still staring at the page. The girl is very pretty, Toudou will admit, but he still thinks that he's prettier than her. And she's flat! She doesn't even have anything that Toudou doesn't!

"What's so pretty about her?" Toudou asks, tossing his hair back.

"Her thighs." Makishima points at the model's lean, sculpted legs. "See? She doesn't have soft legs like most of the other models. She's got a little muscle on them."

HMph. So she's got muscle, so far? All bikers have muscle! And Toudou shaves his legs just as any model would, he bets.

"I've got more muscle on my legs than she does," Toudou huffs. Makishima glances up at him, eyebrows slightly arched.

"I'd hope so. You're a pro biker and she's not." The dry comment was followed by Makishima turning his attention back to the magazine.

Bike races have very strict rules about what's appropriate clothing and what isn't. Hot pants are definitely not allowed, no matter how much Toudou wants to show off his thighs.

He settles for the shortest pair of cycling shorts possible and hopes the tan lines won't put Makishima off too much.
